How Employers Can and Should Use MySpace and Facebook

I had the pleasure of speaking to 150 or so recruiters, human resource managers, and other professionals at the Atlanta Recruiting Roadshow Unconference this past Tuesday. My post-lunch keynote presentation was about how employers can and should use social networking sites such as MySpace and Facebook to recruit college students searching for internships and recent graduates hunting for entry level jobs and other career opportunities.
