Doubt that three employees can transform your entire organization?
If your organization is lethargic and being killed by your competition day after day, go out and find team members who are unlike the people you already have. Get way outside of your comfort zone. Take a chance and hire people who don't have a proven track record of being qualified. Instead, look for people who appear the have the skills and drive necessary to re-write the rules.
