Her career in law started when she first entered college and
worked for the Juvenile Courts system in Los Angeles County.
Her career in recruiting and staffing began two years later
when she became one of the staff personnel for a temporary
staffing company. The two career paths have crossed over many
times throughout the years, law being the predominant.
Her primary areas of practice were litigation and corporate
transactional law -- doing deals, mergers, and assisting in
public offerings or SEC filings. Among the other areas of law
with which she became familiar were probate and tax, public
interest, and environmental law while serving as a legal intern
for the Air Quality Management Hearing Board. After gaining
more than 15 years' experience as a legal secretary and
seasoned litigation and corporate transactional paralegal, she
earned the reputation of being the paralegal who could do the
impossible and rival attorneys' commenting that she should be
one of their first-year law clerks. It was about that time she
realized the career path she always wanted was to practice law.
She applied and was accepted into the University of San
Francisco School of Law where she studied in the evening
program for two years.

Sandwiched in her more than 20-year tenure in law was founding
of her own business where she again became involved in the
recruiting, staffing and managing of personnel. The business
grew to two in-house staff and four contract employees in it's
five-year life before she closed the doors to return to the
formal law office setting on a full-time basis.
She became Operations Manager for a Los Angeles boutique
executive search firm in 1999. In early 2000, she earned her
California accreditation in consulting. Shortly thereafter, Ms.
LaRose founded Executive Recruiting Entrances. The purpose of
the business is to:

Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Prelaw,
as well as two ABA approved paralegal certificates in
