Job Postings

Local job posting ads allow you to advertise a job opening. Job postings remain active for 60 days, unless you remove them earlier. You may choose to have candidates apply using our application form or force them to apply at your site.

  • Single job posting (job accessible to all candidates and runs under one city and state): $175
  • 5-9 postings: $150.00 each
  • 10-19 postings: $125.00 each
  • 20-49 postings: $110 each (includes one month of home page Featured Employer link, as described below)
  • 50-99 postings: $90.00 each (includes Featured Employer link for two months)
  • 100-199 postings: $75.00 each (includes Featured Employer link for three months)
  • 200-299 postings: $60.00 each (includes Featured Employer link for four months)
  • 300-499 postings: $52.50 each (includes Featured Employer link for five months)
  • 500-999 postings: $45.00 each (includes Featured Employer link for six months)
  • 1,000-2,999 postings: $35.00 each (includes Featured Employer link for seven months)
  • 3,000-4,999 postings: $23.33 each (includes Featured Employer link for eight months)
  • 5,000 or more postings: $20 each (includes Featured Employer link for nine months)
  • Nationwide job posting: $1,250 each (runs under your choice of 51 cities)

Job Posting Slots are ideal if you expect the positions you're posting to change more frequently than every 90 days yet you want to always be running a certain number of postings. With our standard postings, you can update the description and requirements for a posting as much as you want and as often as you want, but you cannot change the job title or location because a standard posting is for one position. With Job Posting Slots, you can run a posting for an accountant in Philadelphia one day, fill it a week later, and then run a posting for an accountant in Chicago, or a nurse in Philadelphia, or a nurse in Chicago. Everything can be changed as often as you want and as much as you want. Slots run for 90 days and are $295 each if four or less are purchased. Other options are:

Unlimited, Annual Job Posting Packages:

  • Small organization (100 slots): $9,750
  • Medium organization (250 slots): $19,750
  • Large organization (500 slots): $29,750

Job Posting Renewal Pricing: For $100, we will extend by an additional 60 days the expiration date of an existing single job posting that was purchased for the standard amount of $175. Limit one extension per posting. To post a job for one year, the cost is $825.

Job Aggregation and Distribution Service: Using job scraping / wrapping technology, we can copy some or all of the jobs from any web site, including an employer's career site, internal recruiting system, or another public job board. We then will automatically post those jobs to our network of career sites. If you prefer for us to automatically copy some or all of the postings from your applicant tracking system or other internal recruiting system, we can do so through a URL form post, which allows you to control the scope and timing of your job feeds, or through a custom feed, which allows you to send your postings to us in an HTML, XML, or delimited text file. Regardless of how we receive your job postings, we can filter them according to your specifications so that we only run jobs for certain locations, industry, employment-type, or other criteria. The cost is minimal. In addition to the regular job posting costs, our Job Aggregation and Distribution Service costs $1,400 for six months or $2,750 for 12 months for up to 5,000 jobs scraped per month and five job feeds per week. We'll even waive the fee for the first six months if you purchase 500 or more postings.

The best feature of the CollegeRecruiter.com resume searching is the quality of candidates. They are from more reputable programs than candidates from the other boards. My main criticism is that only one of our recruiters can be logged in at a time because we did not purchase a multi-user license. Resume Searching memberships allow you to tap into our database of college students, recent graduates, and experienced candidates. Resume Searching memberships automatically renew unless changed prior to renewal date so you won't have any hassles about having to renew in order to ensure that you don't have gaps in your coverage. Resume Searching may be purchased so that you have access to nationwide or, for less money, even just one state.     • 1,500 resume views per month: $350/month

  • Each additional state: $50/month
  • Pay per view: $25 to view one resume
