Facebook Recruiting Fan Pages
Social networking site Facebook is one of the highest traffic sites used by college students and recent graduates. Yet Facebook has also been a source of frustration for employers because few have been able to leverage that huge traffic into a steady stream of high quality candidates.
Regional and national print media, broadcast media, recruiting conferences, and employer associations continually turn to CollegeRecruiter.com as the leading authority on how Facebook can and should be used by employers to help them recruit college students and recent graduates. Quite simply, CollegeRecruiter.com is widely recognized as the experts on how employers can and should use Facebook to recruit college students, recent graduates, and alumni. And now we are putting that knowledge to use for our clients through the creation of engaging and interactive Facebook Fan Pages.
But what is a Facebook Fan Page? Think of it as your organization's home page on Facebook. It is the center of your engagement with Facebook visitors through the use of words, photographs, graphics, videos, blogs, job postings, and more. - Post your audio and video podcasts to your page.

We recognize that different organizations have different needs, wants, and budgets so rather than trying to impose a one-size-fits-all solution, we've created three standard packages, each of which may be customized:
- Bronze - For $9,950, we'll build your Fan Page as indicated above including setting it up so that the jobs you post to CollegeRecruiter.com are automatically posted to your Facebook Fan Page. In addition, we will automatically post the same jobs to the Facebook Marketplace classified section, create the Wall, upload up to 10 corporate videos, upload up to 10 podcasts, integrate your Twitter and blog entries so that they automatically post to your Facebook page, and enable instant messaging. Don't want all of that? No problem. We'll leave out what doesn't work for your organization.
- Silver - For $14,950, we'll do all of the above plus provide to you 100 job posting slots on CollegeRecruiter.com, a Featured Employer banner ad on all interior pages of CollegeRecruiter.com for 12 months, and a Featured Employer banner ad on up to five cities on the localized BizJournals sites for 12 months. The retail value of the job posting slots is $7,500 so the postings alone make the Silver a less expensive package than the Bronze. But add to that the $1,800 for the Featured Employer banner ad on CollegeRecruiter.com and $2,400 for the five Featured Employer banner ads on BizJournal and the net cost for the Facebook pages drops to $3,250.
- Gold - For $19,950, we'll do all of the above as well as deliver up to three targeted emails campaigns on your behalf to up to a total of 150,000 candidates. The retail value of three emails to 50,000 each is a total of $6,750. You can send one email to 150,000 or one to 100,000 and a second to 50,000 or some other combination provided that the minimum quantity per email is at least 50,000. A normal response from an email to 150,000 candidates is that about 22,500 will read the email, about 3,375 of those will click through, and about 675 will apply. The retail value of this package without the Facebook page is $18,450 so we're effectively only charging $1,500 for the Facebook page.
- Platinum - For $24,950, we'll do all of what is included in the Gold package plus 100,000 banner ads per month for 12 months on CollegeRecruiter.com. The retail value of the banners is $9,600 so we're effectively paying you $3,100 to allow us to develop the Facebook page for you.
