Kelly Stone received his Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham
Young University in 1993, graduating in the top one percent of his class. He
also holds a Bachelor's degree in History. Kelly has used his organizational
training and experience to help many companies improve and systematize their
recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes.

In 1996, Kelly turned his attention to the job seeker's side of the hiring
equation. As a career consultant with The Murdock Group he worked with hundreds
of job seekers to find, create and pursue job opportunities, define career
objectives and negotiate better offers. He is the primary architect behind the
proprietary Murdock Group job-search system. |
In July of 1999, he helped found
myjobsearch.com, a new Internet subsidiary of The Murdock Group. There he
combines his knowledge of corporate hiring practices, job search strategies and
Internet research skills in his role as content architect for the web site. He
has now compiled the most comprehensive set of job-search resources on the
Internet, and is a recognized expert on online job seeking.
Kelly has been married to Heather Stone for more than 10 years. They have
a son named Dillon, a daughter named McKenzie, two cats and a computer.
