This position functions under the direction of the Director of Emergency Services. This is a full time day shift position. Responsible for needs assessment, planning, implementing, evaluating, and supporting Clinical Education programs for the Wellstar Kennestone Adult & Pediatric Emergency Departments. Requires GA RN License, ACLS, PALS (Prefer instructor on both). RN would preferably have TNCC, ENPC, and CEN. Responsible for program design, development, coordination, implementation of staff programs such as ED Orientation, Preceptorship, Internships, Staff Training, Clinical applications for IS, and Clinical Professional Development. Assists with other professional organizations. Supervises support staff and volunteers as needed.
