Holly Lentz brings twenty years of professional experience ranging from graphic design to marketing & business development to career counseling and higher education administration to CollegeRecruiter.com. Having held director roles in the Career Development centers of both Temple University and Moore College of Art & Design, Ms. Lentz has a unique understanding of the tough career questions in today's marketplace. On the creative side, her designs and illustrations have been used for large and small companies, book publishers, and even the President of the United States.

In 1995, Holly earned an Ed.S. from Middle Tennessee State University, where she also studied Graphic Design earning a BFA in 1987. She also holds a MS in English and Counseling from Texas A & M University where her thesis focused on career development and leadership theory. Working throughout the country and in Japan, Ms. Lentz relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1997 and expanded her skills set to the World Wide Web.

Holly entered the legal industry in 1999 as one of only a few in the marketing department of Duane Morris, LLP, a growing regional firm in growth mode. Now Duane Morris is one of the countries largest global law firms with offices throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Currently she is Senior Marketing Manager and has built a team of more than 30 people who work in an agency-style environment for the firm. She works with lawyers, affiliate businesses and clients of the firm, conducting client satisfaction interviews, overseeing the brand management, enabling new technologies for business development, and acting as a change agent as the firm continues to grow. Her efforts were key to Duane Morris being named the best marketed firm in the United States by American Lawyer Media in 2006.
