Heather Stone combines employment industry experience with an extensive
background in the high-tech world. She has worked in technical and marketing
positions for three computer software companies, including a position as
Product Line Manager for Novell's distributed services division at a time when
Novell's networking services were first introduced in the Internet/Intranet
environment.

In 1992, Heather earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix,
where she designed a corporate training business for her thesis. She also holds
a BA in English from Brigham Young University. In 1996, she purchased The
Murdock Group, a career training company, and with her partner, grew that
business to 3.7 million in sales over two years.

Heather is president of
myjobsearch.com, the company behind the jobseeker's
supersite of the same name. She frequently consults with employers on hiring
practices and with jobseekers on the Internet job search process. She has spoken
at computer and employment industry conferences, and she was recently recognized
by Utah Business Magazine for owning one of the "Top 25 Woman Owned Businesses"
in the state of Utah. She is a member of Young Entrepreneur's Organization
(YEO), an international organization for company owners under the age of 40.
Heather has been married to Kelly Stone for more than 10 years. They have
a son named Dillon, a daughter named McKenzie, two cats and a computer.
