Faith Rothberg, Vice President, is primarily responsible for all strategic issues, particularly those related to technology planning. Her role is sometimes like that of a management consultant and other times like that of an information technology project manager. Good thing because she has plenty of experience in both roles from the positions she held with some of America's leading organizations prior to joining CollegeRecruiter.com.

Faith graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Marketing. Her first professional position out of college was working as a systems analyst for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, Michigan. After a few years, she went back to school during the evenings to earn her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor) while continuing to work for Ford during the days. After earning her MBA, Faith worked as a consultant in the Information Technology Group of KPMG Peat Marwick. One of Faith's projects was to help plan and assist in the installation of a large materials requirements planning software system for a multinational airplane manufacturing company. |
Faith then moved home to Minneapolis and worked for the Technical Services division of Norwest Corporation (now Wells Fargo), for which she was a Systems Analyst and later promoted to Team Leader and then Project Manager. Faith worked on automating many of the operational functions of the bank and later worked directly for the Chief Technology Officer to help him prioritize the division's projects.
