David N. Swaim, a marketing professional with over twelve years of experience in both the agency as well as corporate world, founded hiringminds in 1999. As founding partner, he is currently helping traditional and web-based companies with their staffing needs as wells as offering online career advice and in office mentoring.
Prior to starting hiringminds, David was a full service recruiter at Paladin Staffing in San Francisco, California. David helped open the office back in 1997 and became an integral part in the office's early success and profitability, personally contributing over $1.5 million in revenue year one. He specialized in Advertising, Marketing, e-commerce, Web Design, New Business Development/ Sales, Communications and Project Management.
Prior to Paladin Staffing, David was an Advertising Manager at KCRA-TV, one of the nations top NBC affiliates, located in Sacramento California. At KCRA-TV, David developed and implemented strategic advertising and marketing programs for over fifty clients, resulting in increased awareness and positive sales growth. In addition, he compiled and evaluated local and regional market research as well as wrote and produced effective broadcast commercials.
David holds a B.A. in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento.
