Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Candace Davies and I am the Director and Founder of Cando Career Coaching and Resume Writing and All Trades Resume Writing. I provide professional résumé writing, development, consultation, assessment, interviewing techniques, and job search support for clients with incomes from $15,000 to $100,000.

I hold chartered memberships with PRWRA (Professional Résumé Writing and Research Association, PARW (Professional Association of Résumé Writers) and Career Masters Institute.

I hold a CPRW certification (Certified Professional Résumé Writer). This certification is given to those writers who proceed through a rigorous testing process that quantifies the highest level of skill resume writing. I am one in eight that holds this distinction in Canada.

My educational background includes: Business Administration Degree (Major: Marketing and Management); Credit and Financial Management Designation and presently studying to obtain a degree in Career Development.

In addition to formal education, I have completed numerous writing, human resource and management courses. My proven track record for creativity and composition, combined with the ability to identify uniqueness in each client, makes our resumes tailored and powerful.

I have made a commitment to continuing education so I can offer clients the most effective resume writing and career coaching service in the industry. My writing skills are enhanced by extensive real life business experience in writing proposals, business plans, economic forecasts, budget analyses, feasibility studies, manuals, job descriptions, business correspondence, advertisements, service brochures...and the list goes on.

My career background includes expertise as Branch Manager of a large facility encompassing sales, purchasing, administration, credit, inventory, warehousing, distribution, human resources and IT systems. With 10 years of successful staff recruitment, I had the honor to hire, develop and enhance a large group of wonderful people and to be directly responsible for the success of this strong team. This is one of my greatest accomplishments.
