As Director of Sales, Employment Marketing for CollegeRecruiter.com, Caddy Rowland is responsible for the sale of recruitment advertising packages to employers, schools, and other clients.

Caddy had over 18 years of previous advertising sales experience before joining us at CollegeRecruiter.com. During most of those years, she sold advertising targeted to National Football League fans in NFL team publications. Caddy and her husband, Dave, live in the Battle Creek neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is passionate about the bluff area of her neighborhood and is active in efforts to protect the area. She and her husband, Dave, have found in what should be a pristine area hundreds of discarded fax machines, computers, terminals, and all kinds of electronics. Those disturbing discoveries made Caddy want to actively protect her sanctuary so she ran for and was elected as the representative for District 6 on the Ramsey County Parks and Recreation Board. Caddy and Dave decided to be childless by choice but recognize that God has a sense of humor for they have been blessed with two avian children who forever will behave (misbehave?) like typical three to five year old "real" children. Caddy's African Grey and White Capped Pionus parrots do talk...and, yes, they can bite! They are also messy and can be loud. On the other hand, they will never total Caddy's car, stay out past curfew, get arrested (hopefully) or marry someone she can't stand! |
In between selling advertising and disciplining her parrots, Caddy loves to paint with water colors and mixed media and has had a number of those paintings displayed by galleries throughout the Minneapolis / Saint Paul metro area. She enjoys all subject matter, but her favorites are abstract, life form and illustrative. When she's not relaxing with a brush in hand, you'll find Caddy walking and hiking in the woods, enjoying all types of animals (if it breathes, she is fascinated by it), working with plants and flowers, playing bridge and Texas Hold 'Em, reading, and enjoying the fine arts. Caddy is also a member of the Minnesota Zoo and Minnesota Arboretum.
