•  Even if they don't raise the salary, don't make a hasty decision. Let them know that you are still interested and will get back to them with your decision. You then need to evaluate the job, the company, the future potential, etc

Once you have accepted an offer, send a short letter to other firms thanking them for their offer and letting them know that you have accepted another position (you need not indicate the company).
