7. Be easy to get along with. Be likeable. You do this by paying attention to the

interviewers and liking them. Look for bonds - sports, clubs, colleges, hobbies - and show that you share similar values. Show your enthusiasm; tell what you like about their company and why you'd like to work for them. Ask for the job. Ask if they have any concerns you can answer. Get their card and write them a thank you note that indicates that you enjoyed your meeting, you hope that there's a fit for you at the company, and add some of the afterthoughts you had when the interview was over.
