	Dan Janal is an internationally-recognized speaker, Internet marketer, and best-selling author of several best-selling books on marketing and the Internet. 	Steve Lear, ChFC, CLU, began his career in 1980 at American Express Financial Advisors. In 1989, Steve founded Lear Financial, Inc. 	Marshall Lehman is a Certified Public Accountant with Lurie Besikof Lapidus & Company, LLP and a 1979 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Degree, majoring in Accounting. Marshall's background includes accounting and auditing for clients in a wide variety of industries and individual and business tax planning. He also prepares business financial projections and helps clients with lender financing. Marshall is also the past President of the Beta Alpha Psi Accounting Fraternity at the University of Minnesota.
	Jay Lipe is the Chief Executive Officer of Emerge Marketing LLC. He became an entrepreneur at the age of 18, received an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and then worked for marketing powerhouses General Mills, Novartis, and Select Comfort.
