Guaranteed Résumés
This week, I'd like emphasize a crucial part of the job interview process.
It's this: for the best possible results when you go on job interviews, you
must change your mindset to focus on the value you can add for the
employer, rather the job you want for yourself.
Before setting foot in the employer's office, you should research the
company and its competitors, then bring at least 1 or 2 suggestions to the
interview that can help that employer make or save money. Doing so will
prove you have the skills to succeed on the job. That you are the kind of
valuable problem solver any employer would want to hire. And it will ensure
that your résumé produces the best results.
