Position Description | Strategic Border Initiative (SBI) program Business Planning Analyst supporting the program in cost and schedule roles. Develop, prepare, integrate and analyze program schedule, forecast and budget data with the ability to perform financial analyses. Ability to coordinate, consolidate, analyze and maintain data coming from the financial information management systems that consolidates all of the financial planning data. Experience in the preparation and presentation of financial and performance data to management and team members. Coordinate EAC and develop summary charts for program roll-up visibility and presentations to management. | ||

Education and/or Experience | Bachelor's and 6 to 9 years' related work experience, a Master's degree and 4 to 7 years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. | ||
Other Job related information | Ability to function diplomatically and effectively on a program with multi-site environment. Requires knowledge of planning & scheduling processes, cost analysis, EVMS and project management techniques. Experience with IFMS, OPP or COBRA is highly preferred. The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division. |
