The Professional Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling Aesthetic products primarily to plastic surgeons and dermatologists within a designated geographic region.

| Responsibilities: |
* Increases sales and market share by promoting and selling assigned Aesthetic products to current and potential customers. * Provide technical product information and procedure expertise to customers. * Initiate focused programs and services to increase sales and market share for specific products. * Communicate with customers in a clear and effective manner. * Build internal and external relationships; establish credibility and rapport with customers. * Organize and schedule tasks, develop realistic goals and action plans to increase sales and market share. * Deal with unexpected situations or events, frequent changes, or delays. * Ensures compliance by providing FDA approved information and adhering to FDA regulations

| Qualifications: |
* 3-5 years sales experience required. Sales experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales selling injectibles is preferred. * Strong consultative selling skills and proven capability to close sales. * High personal motivation. * Must be able to identify opportunities within the assigned territory. * Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. * Effective contract and negotiating skills. * Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated success in a high pressure sales role. * Customer service orientation. * Must possess valid driver's license and the ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. * Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Possess the ability to travel and work outside of the parameters of 8am to 5pm as well as attend both corporate and trade meetings when required; depending on territory assignment, expect a minimum of 4 overnight stays per month. * Effectively manage company property and resources to include, but not limited to, expense management, computer, automobile and other allocated equipment. * Must possess and display ethical and compliant behavior.
