- Manages large and/or complex and/or high-priority projects that require considerable organizational resources and high levels of functional integration. Applies extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the organization's work processes, business practices and the roles and functions of assigned project team members to plan, organize, direct and control all activities on assigned project(s).

- Works closely and effectively with customers, vendors, and subcontractors. Ensures adherence to quality and/or safety standards. Is responsible for meeting or exceeding as-sold financial objectives, timely delivery and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction. Performs work and makes most project related decisions independently.

- Displays sound judgment concerning the need to consult with management and other experts concerning unusual problems. Day-to-day supervision is administrative. While accepting responsibility for all phases of the project, recognizes that the various department managers have ultimate responsibility, through the assigned managing and lead project team members, for the technical adequacy of the work and may, therefore, monitor the work related to their discipline at any time. - Bachelor's degree in engineering. Advanced degree preferred.

- At least 5 years experience following graduation in an appropriate engineering discipline that includes successfully working as a Lead Discipline Engineer or Project Engineer on a project.

- At least 3 years experience in the field construction aspects of the engineering and construction business.

- Minimum of 15 years project management experience with projects in excess of $300MM, 5 of which will have been at the Project Director level.

- Has a record of success and has demonstrated his/her capability to control and direct multiple projects, managing both size and complexity. Influences project management processes, procedures and methodologies within the organization and is known and respected throughout the company.

- Acts as a mentor to less experienced PMs. Must be able to deal with a variety of domestic and foreign clients.

- Overall, a minimum of 25 years career experience.

- MUST Have strong motivation skills

- MUST have EPC & Downstream Refinery Experience

180-200K (DOE)
Salary: Over $100k
