The ME Tech is to work within a Technical support group providing technical leadership to the group and as individuals. Also provide technical and non technical support in the areas of resource management and process development.
Maintain plant/corporate expectations for policies and procedures. House keeping (5S), & environmetal (ISO 14001), Quality (QS/TS).
Including supporting and backing up Production Line leader in managing team resources.
Develop and maintain manufacturing and quality documentation and systems. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Advanced technical training or associates degree in Tachnical disipline preferred.
5 Years experience in a Manufacturing enviroment with leadership and technical responsibilities.
Experience implementing and supporting TS 16949 requirements.
Computer literate.
Knowledge of SPC.
Strong communications skills.
