• Prospect for new direct mail and online advertising clients by contacting companies on a daily basis through use of in-person, telephone and e-mail prospecting.
• Present products in a consultative manner to generate new business.
• Meet or exceed monthly new account goals and sales revenue budgets.
• Manage accounts receivable for customer base.
• Once a client base is established:  manage, service and support existing clients while generating additional new business.

• Previous experience in newspaper, magazine, yellow pages, direct mail or printing sales is highly desired.
• Confident and comfortable working with all types of business owners.
• Outstanding verbal, written, math, computer and presentation skills.
• Excellent prospecting techniques, creative ability.
• Extremely organized, able to multi-task, attention to detail.
• Deadline oriented.
• Self-Motivated.
• Strong closing, negotiation, listening and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly disposition. Works well with others.
• Reliable transportation.
• Self starter, team player, follow directions, dependable.
• Previous outside sales experience required with a proven track record.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize a heavy work load.

General Information:  

• $45K to 54K annual earnings to start (Base + Commission + Bonuses) -Average earnings of $75,000
