Develops branch team to consistently exceed branch stretch goals for growth in consumer and small business deposits, investments, lending and other products. Through proactive team profiling and other efforts, branch team anticipates customer needs, recommends appropriate products/services, and avoids problems. Develops branch team to ensure that account-opening documents are prepared according to standard policies and procedures. Coaches branch team to proactively maximize every opportunity. Develops and oversees branch team to assist customers with all types of service related issues and concerns, using appropriate level of authority to negotiate resolutions to complex customer service and related issues. Coaches, guides and directs branch staff, including licensed employees on sales activities related to consumer and small business deposits, investments, lending and other products. Oversees branch operational audit compliance with team members performing and inspecting daily audit activities. Responsible for HR related functions including hiring, branch training, termination and discipline. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of competitive landscape and a deep knowledge of each competitor's product offerings. Will be involved in outside activities that benefit both the bank and the community.
Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Management or related field required. MBA is preferred. Minimum five years of bank management experience demonstrating advanced business knowledge. Strong leadership skills and ability to embrace change is critical. Proven sales success is a must. Must have demonstrated sustained deposit growth in an aggressive, team-oriented and goal-driven environment. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must have strong relationship building skills and experience to leverage community relationships. Must have excellent communication skills.
