Account Executive - Commercial Sales

Company is one of the world’s largest Cisco Gold resellers, recently North American Partner of the Year selling over $800 million of equipment in 2007. Employs over 1,000 people and operates more than million square-feet of warehousing, distribution and integration space in 20 facilities throughout the world.
Account Executive opportunity available for an experienced sales professional. Qualified applicants should possess strong relationships with Fortune 500 companies, skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to understand client business issues and needs. Individuals should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the information technology market selling Cisco Advanced Technology solutions and a successful sales track record managing accounts in a growing business environment. Experience selling VMware, SUN, HP, EMC and Network Appliance would be helpful. In a nutshell, IT product knowledge and experience selling large enterprise accounts describes the successful candidate. Must be an aggressive self-starter with ability to build executive relationships, communicate product knowledge, and close deals. We are looking for a professional who has experience in engaging resources to drive sales and produce immediately. Critical skills necessary are account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within the customer’s organization, and managing partner relationships.
