We are looking for an account executive focused in financial services to help grow $MM South American outsourcing company. They have a foothold in the United States and see tremendous opportunity to grow here and globally. The president of the firm operates out of New York and would like to hire there or Miami. This is an excellent opportunity for the outsourcing exec who can grow client relationships and would like to reduce travel. A competitive base is matched with a generous bonus, based on individual performance, as well as a meaningful equity stake in the firm.
Capability to grow a global account from scratch, or a small seed account. Candidates must have some contact base to begin, and may also be supported by senior management leads. Capability to work closely with offshore delivery managers. Must understand outsourcing from either external consulting or internal knowledge within corporate environment. Must be able to promote client growth in core vertical across all of client offering: IT Consulting, Application Outsourcing, Infrastructure Solutions and Business Solutions.
You will be “the” Client Partner growing business across the client platform of opportunity. Walking the halls at client site, developing deep relationships with “C” level, Board level and all internal levels to assess all needs. You will work hand in hand with the Companies “Service Executive” in South America to achieve growth in Client business.
