Bankruptcy/restructuring associate with a minimum of 2 years experience in a large law firm setting. Experience in representation of Chapter 11 debtors and creditors’ committees is preferred. Ideal candidate will have significant experience in all phases of Chapter 11 matters, including both transactional and courtroom experience. Ability to work with other team members and clients is essential.
