Utilize variety of systems to respond to customer needs, offer bill explanations, make account adjustments and maintain accurate records of customer accounts. Commitment to follow up with customers would include account investigation, opening trouble tickets and making outbound calls to customers. Meet strict attendance expectations by adhering to scheduled shifts, breaks and lunches.
