MANDATORY Requirements:
NOTE: CANDIDATES WHO DO NOT MEET MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR FURTHER EVALUATION
1. A minimum of four (4) years experience in performing business process analysis and re-engineering.
2. A minimum of four (4) years experience in conducting JAD sessions, focus groups or individual interviews; determining business, technical and data requirements; developing business rules; and developing metadata.
3. A minimum of four (4) years of experience in object-oriented analysis and design of which a minimum of two (2) years must have been in UML (Unified Modeling Language) using standard UML techniques such as use case, activity, sequence, class, and component diagrams.
4. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analysis and design of systems requiring the use of web services and messaging.
5. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in analysis and design of systems incorporating the use of XML-based data models and XML-based messages.
6. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in analysis and design of solutions incorporating the use of enterprise content management systems.
DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:
1. Experience in discovering and analyzing business requirements in order to develop system requirements.
2. Experience in organizing, categorizing, and formally documenting business rules, use cases, and/or system requirements.
3. Experience in translating business, technical, and security requirements into solution architectures.
4. Experience in creating and translating business process specifications into design specifications, work flows, and XML business rules and data models.
5. Experience using IBM Rational RequisitePro, Rational Software Modeler, Clear Case and Clear Quest.
6. Experience with analysis and design of systems incorporating the use of IBM FileNet P8 ECM and BPM.
7. Experience developing test plans and creating and executing automated test scripts using test management tools and tracking and addressing defects identified in testing and production.
8. Experience using IBM Rational testing tools.
9. Experience using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
10. An understanding of the practice of technology development in a team environment including experience working in an agile development Description
