Title: Customer Service Representative Duration: 3 month Contract Location: Nashville, TN Job Description: Under moderate supervision, performs data entry of source documents into a computer database. Performs other related clerical duties as required. Processing client requests in an Insurance back-office. Responds to basic customer inquiries and requests. Process calls in a timely manner that ensure service level agreements are met. Performs data entry and matches documents to appropriate account. Verifies and audits all documents. Processes and tracks a variety of forms and or mail. Responsible for maintaining and adhering to procedures while processing tasks. Researches customer inquiries and responds to appropriate parties in a timely manner. Comments: 3 years call center exp a must (most people take 100-150 calls a day; MUST be able to multitask) insurance exp not required, but would be wonderful! quick learner most shifts M-F 8-5 temp only at this time.
