AS/400 Production Control Operator Description: Production Control Operator opportunity to fill a fulltime position working nights administering the Automated Eligibility System including user set up, client set up, application monitoring, and on time and accurate delivery of client reports. The operating Platform is AS/400, File Transport Protocol (FTP) and SQL Server. Essential functions of the position include; Production processing position responsible for all aspects of eligibility processing for client service requests, report distribution, file checking, loading and archiving. Maintain and keep up with set schedules for distribution and importation of data and reports in a timely manner. Working with external client?s internal client services representatives and Application Services Provider contacts to quickly pinpoint production problems and resolve.
