As our Global Process Information Manager, you'll be part of our Nike - Planning Integrated Information Management team developing world-class Information strategies and solutions. As our thought leader on Information strategy and business views, you'll design, develop and deliver Information solutions for analytic applications, reference data and metadata management, business analysis and reporting, and our Nike data warehousing foundation. You'll gather and analyze business requirements, develop logical data models, identify business benefits, assess implementation alternatives and formulate the overall design approaches. As our Nike Planning Business expert, you'll be accountable for data stewardship, data standards, and developing the sustainable processes to maintain. You'll collaborate with partners in IT and the business to determine business processes, end-user reporting and analysis needs and provide recommendations on potential solutions. You'll also develop and deploy metadata management processes to increase the business-consumer value of managed information and work with business and IT teams to transition these applications into our production environment for use by our business partners by providing support and training through the release. You'll gain exposure to global scenarios that require technical savvy, communication skills and the ability to effectively multitask. In addition, you'll be involved in developing applications in an integrated BI solution leveraging the Corporate Information Factory Reference architecture.
Requirements for the position include:
? Bachelors' degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
? 8 years' relevant professional experience
? 2 years' additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
? 2+ years' experience leading or managing teams
? Project planning experience, including working with timelines and milestones to gather deliverable requirements for business rules, process design and testing
? Functionality experience and knowledge of any of the following tools or similar tools Preferred: SAP Materials Management (MM), SAP Business Explorer (BEx), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), i2 Technologies Demand Planner (DP) and/or Supply Chain Planner (SCP) modules
? In-depth knowledge of Nike policies and business rules, with solid experience communicating and working across the Nike Matrix
? Experience with the complexities of cross-functional issue identification, prioritization and resolution
? Experience participating in multiple, complex projects and working with diverse teams in multiple locations
? Ability to communicate effectively and influence a broad range of IT and Business counterparts, including senior management
? Proven facilitation experience across business units and functions
? Experience with BI tools focused primarily on presentation and data-mining is preferred
? Familiarity with SAP metadata and standard business content is preferred
