Residential Treatment Agency with 119 years of exceptional service to underprivileged youth is seeking an experienced Executive Director.

Responsibilities: Serve as the Executive Director of St. Mary's Home for Boys with overall responsibility for overseeing program management, funds management, resource development, operations, and leadership of the organization to achieve optimum results. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, marketing, program development, public relations, management of human resources, fiscal services, and facilities as well as creating strong collaborative relationships with community and state officials and agencies (DHS,OYA, School Districts).

Qualifications: 7 yrs. management experience overseeing the above mentioned responsibilities. Experience acting as a leader in a non-profit organization interfacing with business and community leaders preferred. Previous experience working with at-risk children in an educational and/or therapeutic environment preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage funds, develop potential funding sources, and sustain existing funding relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial duties, agency projects and programs and a professional staff of administrative personnel, program directors, financial professionals and mental health professionals.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors, business, government and community leaders.
- Advanced ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and effectively in all verbal and written communications including strong presentation skills.
- Technical skills include Microsoft Office, Excel, Word (PowerPoint a plus).
