Mind readers wanted.

Consumers today are more sophisticated and better educated than in any previous generation. They decide what they want and when they want it. At Nike, our challenge is to anticipate what they'll want and be ready with a solution. When we're really good, it's something -- a product, a service, a whatever -- that's so intuitively perfect the consumer hasn't even imagined it could exist. Your job? To make sure we know our consumers better than we know ourselves.

But you knew that already, didn't you?

As our Global Commerce Tools Process Lead in the Go-to-Market area, you'll play a critical role in defining, developing and implementing strategy, process improvements and technology solutions for Sales Tools (catalogs, samples, images, showrooms, reporting, etc.) to support Regional Sales and Sales Operations teams. You'll help build strategies, execute projects and provide business leadership on projects throughout the project development lifecycle. You'll work to align and create standards, best practices and toolkits for the sales force of the future, as well as ensure consistent global sales reporting. In addition, you'll collaborate with regional partners to help drive process improvements, project implementations and best practices around the world.

Requirements for the position include:

? 8 years' professional experience in sales, customer service, account management, management consulting or a related field
? Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
? 2 additional years' of experience in lieu of a degree
? MBA or advanced degree is preferred
? 5 years' experience with program/project management, including defining business processes, project scope and business requirements
? Experience supervising/coordinating cross-functional teams on a global scale
? Experience managing project budgets and resources
? Ability to articulate and provide measurement criterion for scorecards and deliverables
? Ability to develop business case in support of project approval
? Ability to define rollout and implementation strategies, as well as transition management and training
? Experience successfully managing and leading projects in a matrix environment is preferred

Benefits. You probably already know we have a pretty generous benefits package, but here's the highlight reel: a stock purchase plan, matching 401(k) retirement plan, on-site sports complex, childcare and full health insurance. There's not room here to mention every benefit we offer, but hopefully that'll give you a sense of how we take care of our own.

We're interested in learning more about you and appreciate you taking the time to apply online.

Nike is committed to employing a diverse workforce. EOE/M/F/H/V
