Southwest Rehabilitation is a Family Based Company comprised of a team of thirty-five individuals, providing physical, occupational and speech therapy at one out-patient facility and at Yuma Regional Medical Center. We are looking for an individual to work with our hospital team, one that has administrative background and loves the inpatient enviroment.
Position Information:
· Salaried position plus benefits.
· Administrative experience preferred but not required. 5years minimum experience as OT.
· Benefits include: medical, eye, dental, long-term disability, flex fund life insurance, and 401K.
· 23 days of paid time off.
· Under the direct supervision of the Hospital Rehab Director.
· Oversight of the hospital OT department to include daily scheduling.
· Cover necessary hospital meetings as assigned by the Director.
· Work schedule to be determined with the Director.
· Aids the Director in the development and implementation of strategic planning and program development.
· Attends Hospital Administrative meetings in absence of Director.
· Reports to or attends Administrative meetings with Practice Manager and Owners of Southwest Rehabilitation.
· Hold weekly administrative team meeting at hospital in absence of Director.
· License paid by Southwest Rehabilitation.
· $ annual Continuing Education allowance. Sign on bonus.
· Other duties as assigned by the Hospital Rehab Director, Practice Manager and/or Owners.
