Objective
To lead the Construction Team and ensure the project is completed on time and under budget, with the highest quality possible for a satisfied Client
Required Experience:
· At least 5 years experience in COMMERCIAL construction management is REQUIRED; Bank or Credit Union building experience is a Plus; RESIDENTIAL construction experience alone is not acceptable
· Experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously
· Must have some field Superintendent or Project Manager experience
· Ability to handle sizeable commercial projects in excess of $10 Million
· Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation Communication skills
· Experience with Estimating is a plus
· College degree preferred

Travel required (minimum of three to four days per week initially and near the end of the project; 50% on average throughout the project).
