Manpower is looking for an Accounts Payable candidate to join a very fast growing company in Rancho Cordova. This is a contract to hire and pays up to $17/hour. Qualify Candidates must have the following experience: * Receive and verify invoices and requisitions * Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Prepare batches of invoices for data entry * Enter invoices for payments * Process backup reports after data entry * Manage & record the weekly check runs * Maintain listing of accounts payables * Manage general ledgers * Assist in the 1099 Process * New Vendor Setup * Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers * Print and distribute monthly financial reports * Perform other related duties as required Candidate Profile Demonstrated experience with high volume AP. Proficiency with Excel, Access, and Word. Detail-oriented and dependable with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Candidate Skills Required qualifications include: Bachelors Degree (preferred) 3+ years of experience of accounts payable processing experience
