The job of the Sales Manager is demanding, but we offer guidance and support to work smart and efficiently? enabling team members to have time to enjoy life balance. The Sales Manager plays a key role within the hotel's leadership team and will assist with developing sales programs
and guide initiatives, as directed by the Director of Sales. The Sales Manager's primary responsibilities include: planning and reaching budgeted goals, increasing Group and Transient business year over year, increasing average room rate year over year, and effectively meeting and
exceeding sales goals on a consistent basis. The Sales Manager will promote an atmosphere of doing "the right thing" by modeling and communicating the Company's mission, vision and values.
