Manpower has an immediate, permanent, internal opportunity in a high-level leadership position that includes sales and customer service responsibilities. The Branch Manager is responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the office. Branch Managers drive revenue growth though leadership of the staffing office under their supervision as well as growth in additional product sales areas such as HR Services. Budgeting, forecasting and the structuring of a yearly business plan are key components of this position. Manpower being an international leader in the area of contemporary staffing has a clear vision of what the world of work looks like. Our Branch Manager will be responsible for aligning their office and goals in a manner consistent with the global objective of Manpower while operating with the flexibility and latitude that a franchise environment provides. This position includes overall responsibility for: 1) achieving profit results consistent with established expectations, 2) effective management of permanent staff (selection, compensation, training, development), 3) implementing a consistent business development program to maximize billable hours and sales growth, thereby increasing market share and operating profits, and 4) implementing and managing the Franchise Service Standards, including the Quality Performance Program. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with the emphasis in Business or Marketing or an equivalent combination of work experience is required. The selected candidate will be responsible for budgeting, sales forecasting, creating and executing an annual business plan and demonstrating excellent leadership skills.
