Responsible for design, development and implementation of all phases of learning for Regional Managers (RMs), Associate Directors, and Vice Presidents in Sales for both Dermatology and Aesthetics. Includes oversight of all development phases and levels, Management Development Process (MDP), Leadership Development Process (LDP). This person will also oversee the dermatology learning segment including the direct reports in this segment of SL&D.

| Responsibilities: |
- Manage and implement all phases of the Management Development Process (MDP) which include FST workshop, Developmental Experiential List oversight and approval, MD1 workshop, and MD 2 assessment center with the vendor. The oversight also includes compiling lists and gaining approval from senior management to attend each phase, providing feedback on participants, writing reports on outcomes from the programs and offering development suggestions for growth.
- Manage and implement all phases of learning for RMs including RM1a,1b,2,3 and RM4 which includes all content design and delivery. The oversight also includes compiling lists and gaining approval from senior management to attend each phase, providing feedback on participants, writing reports on outcomes from the programs and offering development suggestions for growth.
- Manage and oversee all components of the Dermatology Learning section including oversight and leadership of the dermatology sales learning team.
- Manage and implement all phases of the Leadership Development Process (LDP) including Developmental Experiential List oversight and approval, LD1 workshop, and all rotations/assignments in house as part of LDP. This requires working closely with department heads to anticipate openings, needs and rotational scheduling to maximize their in house experience.
- Work with various levels of management regarding content consultation for Talent Review and Success Planning, customer program development for Medicis Business Academy, and building programming for Directors and VP's of Sales based on needs assessments.
- Coordinate content and agendas for National Managers Meetings as well as all manager level Train the Trainer (TtT) sessions. This requires working with many department heads including vice president's and direct reports.
- Work with the Senior Field Development Manager to ensure pull through of key initiatives are being accomplished.

| Qualifications: |
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 - 10 years in Sales
- 3 - 5 years in Management
- Thorough Knowledge of healthcare industry, including pharmaceutical sales management
- Proven Pharma or Device Sales Management with training experiences
- Ability to interact with multiple levels within the corporate and field management
- Demonstrated computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to deliver content in a training environment to multiple levels within the organization
- Strong planning and organization skills to effectively multi task projects and timelines in fast pace environment
- Self-starter
