As part of the embedded software development team, the candidate will be responsible for writing applications, drivers, and board support packages for our products. Will coordinate with the hardware design team to ensure that current software fully implements hardware functionality and provide a clear, consistent and simple interface to the application developer. Responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and documenting embedded software products. Candidates must be fully authorized to work in the United States and be able to get a security clearance Pre-employment background check is required Candidate should be able to work technically challenging problems with minimal supervision Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work and communicate effectively within the development group. Experience with wireless communications, digital signal processing, and/or communication theory is highly desired. Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills (from software application down to hardware level) are essential; 6+ years of development experience with C/C++ ?6+ years experience with Linux and Windows application and device driver development. ?Must have experience with real-time development concepts and applications.
