Do you know purchasing requirements for customers? Understanding of basic business concepts and customers purchasing requirements are needed for this position with a Fortune 500 company in Central KY. Be the liaison to create new customers or suppliers and upgrade existing customers and suppliers. Gather requirements and translate them into functional requirements within the existing IT portfolio. Map specifications, explain business definitions and EDI schemas. Create and execute test plans, document findings while supporting production processes and resolving issues that arise. Excellent communication skills needed. Familiar with a variety of data formats such as XML, EDI, X12 and protocol standards AS2, SFTP, VAN etc. EDI expertise needed as well as Inovis Tli, AS400/OS400 and JDE experience.
