| Operations Account manager/ Supply Chain Account Manager Great people don't just design and build our software they also get it on the shelves - on the right day, in the right quantity, to the right place across North America. That's the kind of impact you'll have as the Supply Chain Manager of Accounts managing the optimization, escalation and operations performance of one or more retail accounts. To be successful you'll need to demonstrate proven skills in driving issue resolution, relationship building, process excellence, and performance management. Provide deep knowledge and experience in managing an end to end supply chain for one or more accounts. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively to all levels both internally with our supply chain, sales, and marketing teams and externally with our partners. Collaborate with accounts to ensure that you deliver on the Americas region objective of delivering the right product, to the right location, on the right date, at the right price. Further responsibilities are outlined below: Responsibilities: Be highly effective in building mutually beneficial partnerships and networks with Vendor Partners, Retailers, Sales, Marketing and other functional teams. Develop and create regular communication, and reporting to consolidate the interface between Microsoft operations and our Retailer Partners. Drive collaborative forecasting and inventory management (CPFR) with the Retail Partner thru all life-stages of the products: launch, replenishment, and end-of-life. Collaborate, impact, influence and execute Sales & Marketing assortment plans and programs. Accountable for issue resolution for all Vendor supported issues, and metrics. Drive joint retailer / MS strategy and scorecard accountability (collaboration, alignment and execution) Produce monthly/weekly Executive reports and analysis on Retail Partner performance. Engage with Finance and Forecasting teams to ensure understanding of variances to plan, underlying trends, impact to business, and corrective actions, which result in budget efficiencies Conduct analytic studies, which result in focused, strategic guidance of assortment to pipeline management. Deliver programs according to scope and within budgets, and led initiatives, which resulted in exceeding planned cost savings Project Manage complex cross org / Retailer initiatives. Able to source and leverage data that will help drive creative solutions thus maximizing business value Work with subsidiaries to ensure global alignment of processes, systems and Retailer Programs. Develop and manage Retail Partner processes, ensuring "order to cash cycle" is flawless in execution. Exceed service level agreements (SLAs) and used metrics to show Retail Partner(s) how Microsoft met their conditions of satisfaction Collaborate on Contract negotiations and ensure compliance to agreed Terms and Conditions. Leverage cost data, and drive efficiency in supply chain by eliminating waste. Ensure robust processes for compliance to SOX requirements Meet or exceed OPEX Drive simplicity and standardization of processes to ensure Vendor Partners can execute within the agreed T&C's.
