Provide 2nd level support for a Global Citrix infrastructure that provides published applications and desktops to a variety of business units. Troubleshoot issues reported to the Citrix-Support inbox and Intel Computing ticket system. Responsibilities ? Deploy applications into the Citrix environments. ? Administer and build Citrix servers and farms to support growing application usage. ? Provide second-level production support for the Citrix environment. ? Maintain and update documentation for the Citrix environments. ? Work with Business teams to provide necessary reporting using available data. Maintain Disaster Recovery Plants for Environments/Applications. Experience ? Presentation Server and ? Nfuse/Webinterface. ? Experience with Citrix Edgesight or EG Innovations tools a plus. ? Resource manager. ? Windows server 2000, 2003, 2003 (x64 a plus). ? Hardware experience with HP Servers (Blades a plus).
