Position Title: Administrative Assistant Department: Business Operations and Sales A. PURPOSE OF POSITION: The primary purpose of this position is to perform administrative and secretarial tasks for Chief Business Officer. B. MAJOR DUTIES: 1. Assist Chief Business Officer and Executive Assistant to answer and screen phone calls; email management; expense reports; travel arrangements; insurance claim processing; calendar management; filing; typing; review and distribution of mail; contract management; maintain contact database and other administrative related activities. 2. Division budget management C. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS: 1. Ability to successfully perform duties as outlined above. 2. Timeliness, attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple tasks, attitude and the overall quality of your work. 3. Completion of Annual Performance Objectives 4. Evaluation of the company core competencies identified in the Association?s Employee Performance Management System including initiative, teamwork and cooperation, job knowledge and service orientation to both internal colleagues and external constituencies. D. INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS: Reports to Chief Business Officer and supports the Executive Assistant to Chief Business Officer. Works closely with all levels of staff, as well as other departments throughout the organization. F. EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS Extensive phone contact with various business and industry contacts, Sections, volunteers and board members. Some direct contact with all of the above. G. QUALIFICATIONS/OTHER: Job will require a significant amount of overtime in order to complete tasks. Deadlines, etc., will require this person to be flexible with his/ her work hours, organized and PC literate. Position is non-exempt. apply directly:
