Responsible for supplier performance reporting and analysis of materials shipped to and from various parts suppliers. Provide assistance with inventory reconciliations. Become the internal expert using various reporting tools concerning inventory and material flow. ?Prepare monthly vendor dashboard reports on key performance metrics including average turn-around time, repair yields, average costs, repair quality, and inventories on-hand. ?Prepare weekly analysis and reconciliations on status of program inventories including vendor consigned inventories and in-transit inventories ?Ensure that materials shipments and receipts are reconciled and any discrepancies are resolved. ?Provide analysis and support for Identification of excess and or obsolete inventories and related financial exposure ?Provide support and analysis for Vendor PI's to ensure that the inventory system of record is accurate and reconciles with financials. ?Act as the expert/super-user for the program's inventory and reporting systems. Demonstrated experience in materials planning, inventory management, and related reporting and analysis (including extensive experience with excel, access, and database report writer tools).
