Duties include:
Manage, lead, and motivate leasing and maintenance staff
Plan and execute the marketing of the property
Create and maintain a budget
Enter and maintain property accounting in Yardi Voyager
Manage and motivate staff

Requirements:
Minimum of five years experience managing mid to large sized apartment communities. This property is 400+ units.
Demonstrated ability to manage, lead, and motivate staff
Experience developing and monitoring budgets and creating monthly tracking reports
Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
