Provide direction and leadership for a variety of R&D work, proposal preparations, and customer/government agency a minimum of twelve years of hands on experience in the application of composite technology on aircrafts and totorcraft structures, along with the ability to configure composite structural concepts/solutions utilizing structural design and analysis. A BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent(Masters degree in Engineering, Business or Finance a plus), excellent oral/written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a technical/business team environment while pursuing new business and technology also essential.
