An executive client of Manpower Professional is looking to hire an Applications / System Engineer II for their downtown Milwaukee facility. Under general direction, supports the industrialization of new products through the entire introduction process from concept to customer. This includes: working with development engineering to assure optimum design for manufacturability, establishing appropriate manufacturing processes and documentation prior to the start of pilot runs, developing new product costs estimates, performing yield analyses and establishing and implementing corrective action plans where necessary. Core member of new product development team(s), responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing plans in support of business unit's strategic objectives. Works on projects of increasing complexity and scope. Performs multiple and parallel activities across projects. Anticipates project issues and develops various resolution options. Operating Systems - Microsoft Windows - 4 (Very Strong) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs experience. Microsoft Excel * 5 (Expert) of 5 (Expert) and 5+ Yrs experience.
