This position is responsible for tracking and managing software assets from the time the asset is received to its retirement. This includes maintaining accurate software inventories on behalf of commercial customer accounts. It also includes ensuring accuracy, timeliness and retention of reports, measurements and documentation to contribute to audit readiness of accounts. This position is also responsible for resolving complex asset management problems and critical account situations, and/or acting as the asset management software focal point for an account � taking responsibility for operational delivery of software asset management services for the account.

NEED Mastery of spreadsheets required. Strong organization, communication and time management skills required. Knowledge of IBM proprietary Asset Management tools a plus (SoftReq, BRAVO, TRAILS, SWCM, SigBank)
