Per Scholas is a non-profit social venture dedicated to using technology to improve the lives of people in low-income communities. Operating out of locations in the South Bronx and Miami, our vocational training, computer distribution and recycling programs work together to empower children and help adults build living-wage careers. Per Scholas provides environmentally responsible recycling for computer equipment, the best of which is reconditioned and distributed to low-income families at the lowest possible price.
Summary of Computer Repair Technician Training
* Per Scholas Inc. is currently training individuals interested in working with computers and preparing for a career in technology through our Computer Technician Training Course (CTTC)
* The Computer Technician Training Course is a technical training course that prepares individuals for employment as A+ and Network + Certified Computer Service Technicians.
Become a Licenced Computer Repair Technician in less than 4 Months
* Ages 18 - 55
* High School Diploma / GED / In Process of Obtaining GED
* Ability to attend Full-time Classes Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 4:00 PM) for 15 weeks ***
(*** Part-time Classes are NOW Available ~ Tuesday & Thursday Evenings from 6:00pm to 9:00pm & Saturday from 9:00am to 4:00pm)
* If you are serious about a career in the IT field and meet these qualifications, DO NOT SEND A RESUME! - Your first step towards enrollment is to attend an Orientation Session - IN PERSON
* No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome and encouraged!

- Cross Bruckner Expressway, (under the highway overpass)
- Just past Uhaul on Right side of the street
BROOKLYN LOCATION - (692 Blake Ave.) - Every other Thursday 10:00am
- Take L Train to Sutter Avenue
- C Train to Liberty Avenue
- 3 Train to Pennsylvania Avenue
